Ardem survived August 4th while his house was damaged and his pet shop was destroyed. Since then, he suffered severe mental trauma, he couldn’t eat, sleep, talk or walk… which eventually lead to his death 7 months later.
Zulbab Sajed, from Pakistan, was one of the victims of August 4. He would have turned 15 this year.
Dolly Kassem Khoury was sitting in the comfort of her home in Rmeil at the time of the explosion. She suffered injuries and sadly passed away.
The young Ali Ismail lost his life due to the explosion.
Dima Kaiss, the daughter wife and mother lost her life today after being in a coma for nearly 3 months. Dima was visiting her father at Roum hospital on August 4th.
Léna Najjar Khazen was a wife, a mother and grandmother who was taken away from her family by the tragic explosion. She lost her life in her house.
Ensaf Rached Attar was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She is known for her intelligence and love for fashion. Ensaf sadly passed away due to injuries caused by the explosion.
Marine Najem was badly injured due to the explosion and fought for her life for 48 days. She sadly passed away.
The lawyer Elie Naufal fell into a coma due to the explosion on August 4th. 2 months later he sadly passed away.
Asmahan Sarrouf Abou Rjeily was at her home in Gemmayze with her husband and daughter at the time of the explosion. Asmahan unfortunately lost her life, her husband and 6 year old daughter survived with injuries.
Abed el Mouhib Khalouf Al Aziz another young Syrian worker of the Beirut port who lost his life due to the explosion.
Ali Ismail Shehateh was an Egyptian citizen, he lost his life due to the explosion on August 4th.
Majida Kassab was a daughter, a wife and a mother. She was caring for her sick mother at St Georges at the time of the explosion. Her mother survived the explosion unfortunately Majida lost her life.
Rushdi El Jamal another young Egyptian who lost his life on August 4.
Abdel Halim Salem a Syrian young man who passed away due to the explosion.
Hasan Tay member of the Lebanese army lost his life due to the explosion on August 4th.

Josephine Abou Zeid also known as Josée was an artist who lost her life while in her atelier in Mar Mikhael she was known for her beautiful artwork.
Ibrahim Abou Kasbe from Egypt, lost his life due to the explosion on August 4th.
Little Bisan Tibati, from Syria, sustained big injuries due to the explosion, she fought for her life but unfortunately lost the battle 7 days later. Bisan was only 7 years old.

Mohamad Jamal from Bangladesh came Lebanon to secure a better future, he lost his life due to the explosion.

Amer Hussein, from Syria, was working on a ship at the port at the time of the explosion. He was announced deceased by DNA testing after a couple days. Amer was 25 and engaged to be married.
Rashed Hafizir from Bangladesh sadly lost his life due to the explosion. He was at his work in Gemmayze.

Robert Youssef Semaan was one the many innocent victims of the Port explosion.

Nurse Jessica Kahwaji Daoud, was on the 9th floor caring for elderly patients at St Georges hospital when she lost her life. She left behind her 2 year old daughter.
Hussein Bishr was found deceased under the rubbles a week after the explosion.
Jad Samaha, was at the hospital welcoming his second baby boy at the time of the explosion, he was badly injured and lost his life a week later.
Iyad El Amin passed away in his house in Gemmayze due to the explosion.
Diane Dib was in the car with her children next to Quarantina at the time of the explosion. Her two children survived but she didn’t.
Mazen Zwayhed was a young engineer with a future ahead of him. He lost his life at the port.

Imad Zahreddine is another victim of the explosion. The world cried over his mother who begged “Let me see my son, maybe if he sees his mother he will rise from under the rubble”
Tharwat Houteit lost his life while performing his duties as a member of the army’s elite forces. Tharwat was a father and had another baby on the way.
Neamatallah Mkheiber, father of two, lived abroad for 30 years but always gave back to his country. He was in Lebanon on vacation, he died in his bed in Achrafieh.
Ayman Mohamad Noureddine 27 year army hero who lost his precious life for his country.

General Security member Joe Francis Haddad lost his life on August 4th.

Wissam Faisal lost his life while he was at work at a local Lebanese restaurant close to the port. He was the loving father of a boy and a girl.
Ali Zeineddine 35, was at his shift at a local pizzeria in Gemmayze when the explosion took place, Ali did not survive.

Jean Frederic Alam aka Freddy was very much loved by his family and friends. He left behind his wife and their two boys.

Chadi Abou Chacra was always around Roum hospital, he unfortunately couldn’t speak but people loved him anyway.
Zeina Ragi Zaarour was moved to the hospital after sustaining injuries due to the explosion. Zeina didn’t make it out alive.
Ayman Obeid from Syria, passed away due to the explosion a day before his 26th birthday. His wife gave birth to their baby on August 8th 2020, Ayman was not there to meet his baby.

Firas Dahwish, a husband and father, was an art handler at Saleh barakat gallery he was known to be kind funny and generous.
Aiman Suleiman was a victim of the Beirut explosion, his two beautiful baby girls will pay the price and will grow up without a father.
Kazem Chamseddine a father and a dear grandfather, Kazem survived his sickness but he fell victim to His country’s corruption and injustice
Krystel el Adem was a young and bright woman who worked at Bank of Beirut. Krystel lost her life at home in Gemmayze at the time of the explosion. They say home is the safest place you can be.
The dutch ambassador’s wife Hedwig Waltmans Molier has passed away in the explosion. She donated her organs and saved two lives.
Cyril Canaan, was working at Al Nahar Building when he lost his life on August 4th. Cyril had big dreams.
Jean Marc Bonfils the architect who gifted us Beirut’s most beautiful buildings, was one of the victims of the Beirut explosion.
Antoine Barmaky used to go to Martyr’s square to fight for Lebanon. Today he is a victim of the injustice he was fighting against.
Elie Khouzami rushed to the port not knowing what was waiting for him and 8 other firefighters who have lost their lives due to the negligence and corruption of the Lebanese government.

Jihad Saade was at Al Room hospital caring for his 6-year-old daughter Gemma who is being treated for Lymphoma. He was badly hit after the explosion his wife carried him barefoot on broken glass only to see him die in her arms.
Mohamad Abbas survived the Coronavirus which nearly killed him only to be one of the victims of the explosion that hit Beirut and Al Roum hospital.
Hala Tayyah, a Lebanese jewelry designer, is known for her patriotic piece done as a tribute to her nation. Lebanon thanked her by making her the victim of the explosion.
Abdo Ata was found buried under his home in Mar Mkhayel 20 hours after the explosion. It was too late.

William Azar, a 32-year-old economist, left the KPMG to head home when the explosion occurred. He lost his life on August 4th.
Ali Msheik, father of 3, lost his life on this dreadful day. He worked at the Port for 24000 Liras a day equivalent to $4 he went back on August 4th to work overtime for an extra 20 cents. His wife held a passport photo when looking for him.
Sahar Fares, 27 years old paramedic lost her life when she was called to assist the initial fire of the Port. Sahar was planning her wedding set for 2021. A wedding band accompanied her funeral.
Joe Akiki worked at the port to pay for his education. His mother begged for his search under the wheat silos hoping he was still alive. His body was found two days later.
Rawan Misto, always happy and smiling, our favourite waitress at Cyrano. Red cross took her to the hospital after the explosion, and she was later pronounced dead.
Housam Batal believed in Lebanon when very few did. On August 4th he lost his life while sitting on his balcony.
